SquashMate ships as a Debian package for straightforward installation on Debian, Ubuntu, and many derivatives. After install, use it for AppImage and .deb app management as documented in the app.

Install with dpkg

Requirements
A Linux desktop with dpkg/apt (or compatible), pkexec for privileged flows when the app needs it, and standard desktop launcher paths for managed apps.
